Dear Sir / Madam I have 11+ years of varied cross functional experience in the areas of Operations, Risk Management, BCM, Business and project Management, Business analysis, Client interaction, Functional Testing, Customer Service, project management and People Management largely in the ITES - Banking sector in a dynamic environment, teams of independent professionals across countries by extensively using informal leadership traits and related interpersonal skills As a ORM(Operation risk Manager), I have led various project as Societe Generale, among those I would like to add few here, Risk Certification using Mettl tool for GSC(Bangalore & Chennai), EBS(Romania Bucharest), I was part of tool testing and implementation of GPS tool(Group permanent supervision), Testing & Implementation T2EORM(Trouble tracker extended for operation risk management tool, Quarterly ESM(executive summary manager) at SG GSC level(CEO level), ECB(European central bank) Audit.

I have learnt how to administer the shares from start until to the settlement position

LOADING THE TRADES (MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS OF SHARES ) PREMATCHING TRADES SENDING THE REPORTS TO THE PORTFOLIO OFFICERS SENDING THE MESSAGES TO THE CLIENTS AT THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY. GOOD TRAM SPIRIT WITH CO-WORKERS AND HELP WHERE NECESSARY I HAVE LEARNT A LOT ABOUT THE SECURITIES TRADES AND THE PENALTIES OF TRADES WHICH DIDNT GO THROUGH THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB WAS THE EXAMS OF JSE WHERE EVERYBODY HAS TO WRITE

Pros: work with deadlines times sometimes underpressure to make sure that at the end of the day everything is done and filled accordingly
Cons: from 8:oclock to 16:45 at the end of months and when its very busy we worked until 20:00 pm
