Strong communication skills, team work, supportive

what i like most is to conduct training, invite employee to attend and nomination of them, it requires to look and observe thoroughly the performance of individual employee. my relationship is smooth and lovely is like we are the family. work is not always easy some time it challenging and difficult but i or we always meet dead lines what is important is to get job well done. what I,M LOOKING FOR IS TO INCREASE MY LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE BY JOIN A STRONGEST TEAM WHOSE VALUE CUSTOMER RETENTION AND HAVE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON COSTUMER RELATION.What real matters is my perseverance dedicated to my hard work

Dedecated to hard work

work is always challenging and enjoyable to anyone, one good thing we support one another to finish his or her work. relantionship is very good we as Perceive a family.what i have learnt is to comminicate politly and respert to anyone and understand culture of the business and human being. what i real enjoy is the team who value the dignity of the person and a positive impact in costomer rentantion and Perseverance dedicated to hard work. most callenging part of the job is to work with peaple who dont want to work.

Basicly we work within communities.

We start at 07H30 in the morning, transport are planned and were off for monitoring and evaluation on different project that were funded by the department.

Pros: Working for the department are esential as you work with people. To support them and ensure that they reach there goals.Given training to community members that enhance their capacity to manage the projects they are involved in.
Cons: Always intresting working for goverment as new developments are first to be implemented.

Good working Environment

Good organizational culture, enjoy working there. I was performing the general HR work with great mentoring. There were no training and reluctant to work.

EXCELLENT

I AM A CONFIDENT IN DEALING WITH PEOPLE ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON.I AM GOOD TEAM PLAYER IN ANY WORKING ENVIROMENT AND EASILY ADJUST TO ANY WORKING SITUATION.I AM GOOD COMMUNICATOR RELIABLE AND PRO-ACTIVE.WHAT I ENJOYED MOST IS TO WORK WITH MY CO-WORKERS ON DAILY BASIS AND TO RESOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS .I HAVE LEARNT TIME MANAGEMENT AND TO DEAL WITH CONFLICT WITHIN THE WORK ENVIROMENT.I HAVE GENERAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS(PLAN,ORGANIZE,LEAD,CONTROL).THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS IS TO TAKE A DECISION WHEN MY SUPERVISOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT WORK.

I WORK AS A DATA CAPTER AT SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT DOING HOUSE HOLD PROFILLING ON FOR THIS PROGRAMME WAR ON POVERTY PROGRAMME SINCE FROM 2013 MARCH 1 TO 2017 MARCH I HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE ON WORKIND WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF MY WORK

Excellent experience it develop more confident to me

My Job Review it is a most interesting job because it brings the change to the community and to individuals (POSITIVE IMPACT). It makes me to smile because at the end you see what you achieved and some of the achievement is the lifetime achievement for the community for their sustainability. The relationship with co-workers is good we integrate the services to meet targets of the office by working as a team. Celebrating events (TEAM BUILDING). The thing that what I learnt is when you are a person free yourself, love yourself and love others and know what you want. By saying that i mean you can't deliver effective work when you are not passionate. I enjoy the most when I see the Community that I'm working with got empowered and Developed. Most challenging is the lack of resources. Human resource like we short staffed and Capital resources shortage of cars, computer and offices.

Typing. Faxing Photocopying Keeping confidential files Relationship is good I enjoy working hard an working with a team because I increase my knowledge The most challenge is to work with people who are stealing the properties of the company
