Good working experience

The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with users that are difficult. You have to learn to be patient and understanding when they are being difficult. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt how to work as a team as well as taking others point of view into consideration.

Learning curve

I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. The most challenging aspect of my job is speaking to the difficult clients on the phone. What i enjoy most about my job is having to find out about business and what services they provide.
