Challenging but good

I am currently in the hospitality industry and i must admit we do face alot if challenges on a daily basis but its nothing that cannot be handled. I work in a team there are two other administrators I run a salary payroll that consists of 200 employees and bi week wage which consists of 217 employees I consider my self to be a team player i work well with my collegues

Pros: this is a big company and we have scope to grow
Cons: i am away from my family who is in jhb at the moment
