Excellent learning

It was a good experience, I worked well with my colleagues. I learned how to be patient and to work under pressure and responsibility to build positive relationships with my colleagues ,and do my level best to be someone who knows how to set my gaols and achieve them,and have a proven record of being able to concieve, developed and execute strategies. I enjoyed my work very much .

I have learn lot of things in the company..how to deal with customers on the daily basis

My chars is to Receive stock.marchadising.supervosiring team.administration as well..conducting trainings to staff..most of all i was a sales person.. being a sales person it was not part of my future plans but i have learn to fall in love with it cos i enjoy doing it cos i ended up excelling in it , cos in 2016 i won certificate of employee of the year due to my commitments in what i was doing.which is sales person

Pros: I had a great moments with my co workers cos they made my job very easy but i need to grow as person grab any opportunity that comes my way
Cons: I dnt mind working long hours cos i take it as a challenge not personal..challenge is something that i like cos as a person u learn more on deffirent challenges

Excellent

Good working environment, great growth. Learning new things everyday, being patient with co-workers. Product knowledge, recruiting and developing staff. Enjoying customer service, building team work. Re-inforcing future service. Admininstration and monthly targets. Growing customer base. Learnt also how to run stock takes and control shrinkage
