Dealing with different people with different attitudes towards safety

In a day I conduct toolbox talks at the start of shift, go on safety site walks attended HSSE meetings, interact with employees assist with the permit to work checking and JSA completion attend the production metetings. I have a good relationship between myself and the other employees as they feel free to ask if their work and paper work is being done safely they speak to me on a daily basis for advise on HSSE performance. I have learnt how to deal with matters in a professional way as a safety practitioner always advise and assist where resonably practicable rather than policing the employees which allows for better understanding, Interacting with the employees is what I enjoy most in my experience understanding each person and a little of their background allows employees to trust in you as a safety professional.

Pros: Well known company to work with,which also extends internationally, getting to work in different sites allows for more knowledge gained and exposure to how different sites and organizations work with different people from different areas
Cons: Company too large to be acknowledged for promotion which leaves me in a stagnant position with a very slim chance of promotion

Safety and time mangement

I inspect my vehicle everyday,i take people to sites on daily baisis,take site manger to meetings and dropp off documments where needed to,i have a good working relationship with my colleages we respect and understand each other and i have learnt a lot like to follow traffic rules at all times,do vehicle inspection which is a vital thing and i have learn to follow safety procedures and i have learnt to take initiative and i have learnt how to work underpressure,i enjoyed driving arround because i have great passion in driving,challenges were to be needed at 3 places at the same time and how to manage to time and satisfy everyone who's in need of transport at that particular time

Pros: Being professional and being puctual at all time
Cons: 13 hours per day
