I would really be happy to have a chance.
My job is one of a lesson I got to be discipline and it gave me some important qualities,like integrity,to execute my duty on time,planning my activities for each day of business. Working with my team with respect,as from before I got a promotion from being a merchandiser,it only took me 14 po months to get promotion because of the discipline. Working together with colleagues having strictly rules help the organization to grow and ease work stress to all of us as a team. Even though every task has its challenges,it get me unease when its time to deal with the customer and client of my company (Retail stores like Shoprite,Pick n Pays ect) our clients are (Unilever,Tiger Brands,Pioneer ect) I'm in Unilever department,as a field market if products expires,or being deranged,or damaged its my duty to deal with them,so its hard to deal with that and the stuff I'm working if they caused trouble I have to be the first to resolve those issues before I pass them over.

Committed to Excellence
I enjoy analysing sales figures as this acts as a guide whether the business is growing or not . Exciting industry to work as you meet different characters. There is a lot of training involved and ensuring standards are met. I have an excellent working relationship and very passionate about my work. Results oriented and ensure tasks given are completed. Satisfied and or happy customers make my day and I use them as a launch pad to win other customers or to grow my customer base. I have learnt to be tolerant when business is not performing and to be happy when business is growing as well as seek alternative avenues for growth via best practice and to learn from competition when they outperform us. Learning is a process and not an event. When you are green you grow and when are ripe you rot. There is synergy in teamwork and the teams I have worked with have exceeded expectations

Great company to learn and grow
It's a great company that challenges and appreciate it's employees mentors are great and they make the transition easier and its an excEllen company to learn or gain practical work expirience. my day to day operating would be : filling of proof of payment that we made previous day,assisting creditors with invoice and processing payments and making payment allocation as well as contra account on the system.every month end we would prepare bank reconciliation and download the General ledger.

An opportunity to grow in business
At work we have issues as usual,but I like the way my co workers tell me how discipline I am,and the respect they give to me as I give to them. My manager always tell me that I'm the good candidate in a team that keep me doing what I do,working hard and loving the job I do. Ever since I came to Smollan Group company I have learned alot,like being discipline,always execute my task on time given and integrity. The most hard time at work is when I have to discipline my colleague as some don't take the opportunity of working seriously they are not discipline and discipline on my point of view is the important tool to each and every candidate in an organization.

It is a excellent Company to work form they just need to look at the Senior manager at the Business Uints on the office level as they do not live the same values as the Smollan Family.

Good company
Its well structured company, it cares for it employees as they provide lunch and eats. The company benefits are good. It's the kind of company that takes employees as family, I have learned a lot of skills as I moved from post to post with new duties and resposibilities, our team was chain team and we were encouraged to swap job descriptions to be able to function as a team and not fall behind if one co-worker is upsent. The culture of the company is family oriented. I enjoyed the team activities we had as especially when we have meetings everyone gets a chance to chair meetings or write minutes so it exposed us to be proactive.

Excellent learning curve, Learned alot of 3rd party payments and full payroll function
The payroll department at Smollan Group is extremely busy. We have 24 000 employees that needs to be paid on a monthly basis. We are responsible for loading all payroll input (new engagements, terminations, death claims, salary advances, medical aid, pension fund, garnishees, update personal details, completing UI 19 for terminations and maternity leave, capture leave, assist with salary queries. There after it is time to print payslips and to start with month end payments (3rd party payments). My relationship with my co-workers is excellent. We all get along with each other and work together as one big team. I have learned a lot at Smollan Group - doing 3rd party payments, uploading bank files, do full function payrolls (Foreign and SA). What I enjoyed most was when I was acting supervisor - checking all banking details, uploading bank files, etc.
Pros: Great oppurtunity to learn alot about payroll. The payroll manager look well after all hardworking staff . You get alot of support from management.

Excellent learning curve
Great interpersonal skills which are sharpened daily as i deal with customers on a daily basis. Great team player Have learnt great selling skills I enjoy working with people Difficult customers can be challenging
