Learned alot

I grew alot and learned a lot in many different areas and many different fields. The environment in work in is lovely as we work at different sites on different days. There is an amazing opportunity to grow and upskill as well.

I have learned to work without a supervision and to take pride in my work.

Almost daily doing jobs on sites, if that certain job is completed the boss is willing to change you to go work with someone else. That means I have worked with all the co workers it's great. Everybody likes me treat me with respect likewise I do to them. I like the most when I have a boiler job to do because not everyone can do it.

Pros: Nice working at smitson but no promotions as a certified welder who is able to do fit ups check.I have applied for welding supervisor at smitson due to my experience but was unsuccessfully.
Cons: I have no problem in working long hours if that is been arranged .
