Excellent place to grow on your careere.

It a good company to work for,everyone is friendly to be around,for me doing my job attending to breakdown that what enjoy the most at Smiths plastics,we work as a team everybody helping each other no one says that it not my job iam not doing it,u wont find such language,i have learnt that working as a team comes with good result than working alone so it important to be able to work with others in the work place,what i enjoy the most is my job,especially when i get the new challenge on the machine breakdown,chellenging aspects i would say is when u taking too long to locate the cause of breakdown.

Pros: Good place to to work for.
Cons: Long working hours
