No learning Curve

My relationship with my co-workers is great we work beautifully together. I learned a lot for the past 2 years I’ve been here but now am limited I can’t do nothing except answering calls and taking message. Now I enjoy nothing at work at the moment that is why am looking for a job. They is nothing challenging about job I used to do a lot before new management took over.

A great environment for career upcoming people.

Motivating environment with educated self-driven personalities. I actually got more than salary from being part on the term. We work on submissions from month to month, Work on full functional Creditors for the hole company which includes Production, Repairs and Stores. We have an excellent relationship as colleagues and wit top Management. I have learned not to drop the ball because it might affect the process.

Pros: Hard working people get rewarded
Cons: Normal working hours but if we are behind we work overtime on normal salary.

This is good industry to kearn

Welding Big and small components.I have a good relationship with co workers I can work very good with team.I learn a lot welding onderthe truck many positions.challenge is tovwork on hights

Pros: I can't explain because am still new this is my first year

I enjoyed being part of the design team which specializes in design working closely with artisans

Smith Capital Equipment which specializes in Engineering Design, Production, Project Management, 2D, 3D Draughting and Solid works which produces Aerial platforms and Drill Rigs.

Pros: Meetings new clients and project management

N3 in electrical,computer,first aider,shamtrec,driving liesence (10)andforklift liesence

At bell i was appointed as a first aider and safety rep as well as at smith im still doing the same in work shop to reduce injuries i like to study as now im almost finish my Diploma in Risk Management

Pros: As a safety officer
Cons: 40 hrs in a week

Working hours are good but the working area is not that good but some things must be done such as having a qualified quality controller and a safety officer

Good company and has a lot to learn

Fabrication Manufacturing Assembly Welding Petting Able to read drawings Cutting gas Heavy machinery operation as bending, pedestal, guillotine machine

Pros: I had a greater an opportunity to learn at Smith capital equipment company such as fabrication, assembly, gas cutting, learn to work under pressure and working with different people
