How to talk to people in a convincing way, help people with simswaps

I am a rica agent and my daily job is to register sim card for customers who require new numbers or want to do sim swaps. I also help them do sim swaps. We have a nice relationship with my workinrng coligues even though I know only few of them. My communication skills have drasticaly increased due to this job, I have alse learnt to percevere for most life situation and most importantly time management skills. I like it when a customer get filled with joy because of my my service given to him/her, it makes me very happy. The most noticable thing and painfull thing is hearing bad stories about how customers lose theire sims, some they are hijacked. When you are trying to register a sim card for customer but network condition does not alllow for it.
