Keeping quality in the work place

Am responsible of the quality lab and lab personnel, i check inspection reports, patrol reports and chemical concentration evaluation. I do problem investigations, initiate solutions and report to top management, responsible for PPM problem solving. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, because i have lent some of the problem solving techniques from them. I enjoy solving problem and finding solutions for production to carry on ruining, i also enjoy a happy team that i have. Lots of duties are so challenging especial when you experiencing lots of dead lines at one.

A good environment to work in

WWFrom the morning I work hand in hand with Supervisors and Team Leaders updating each other with absenteeism. Being patient with production processes is a skill that i am still learning. The most challenging part is the people W

Work hard and can be company accet

My skills are creativity and assembly.my weakness don't like to get involved into other business o conflict. Team work enjoy brain storming.it help to be more creative and innovative. My strong points are punctuality and reliability
