I am working as a material cutter I like my job because it makes my mind being busy most of the times .I am a team player I like to work with another people around, I have a wonderful relationship with my collegues. what I've learned is to be focussed on job so that I could not do any mistakes on my job. I enjoys to be working with people to keep on company and it is very refreshes me to be at my work rather than be bored at home doing nothing.The most challenging is where we working over times like more than 14 hours a day its a big challenge because a client should signed with the employer that we must finish some of a huge order at a certain time.

Pros: great oppotunity for promotion

Exellent learning curve

the company is stable though the growth is limited, the pay is also not so good even though you have gained relevant experience. I love it here because it is calm and the colleagues are mostly pleasant. I am having to work with more than 100 people doing wages which can be much of a task to achieve , however because of my focus and handwork I manage easily. My work days are mostly between having to process for creditors payment and preparing for weekely wages.I have learned a lot of patience and tolerance for my personal enrichment, work wise my accounting/Finance skills have improved prefusely.

Pros: its a small company , not so much promotion

Teamwork, pro active, helpfulness, go getter

Work strictly according to rules and regulations always try to upgrade procedures and give info. Assisting with other work even if its not my work and help is needed, Active and Pro-Active, Team player, Punctual at work, Always prepared to learn more, Client liaison, Ambassador for the company and its clients like to see Senior Management always happy. My aim is to work hard let the owners sit back and I make the Company grow with a team under me that is motivated and reaching goals we set for them.

Pros: Always meet goals set for me and more
Cons: Disrespecting off staff to Management don't like it
