Working at Skipwaste has different challenges everyday. Not one day is the same. My mornings are very hectic processing Day Sheets of previous days work done by drivers. Capturing the working hous of Labour Broker Staff and making sure everyone is present. The staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. We all work well as a team and assist each other were possible. Personalities does sometimes clash , but nothing we cannot handle professionally. Seeing that I knew absolutely nothing of the Waste Industry, the owner of the company gave me a chance to prove myself and grow. I was untrusted with doing the weekly wages which recently changed to monthly. It can be very challanging and sometimes tiring but I do love my job. I enjoy working with the people and learning something new everyday. My biggest challenge is ensuring that the monthly wages are captured correctly and paid o time by our Labour Broker.

Working at current company

A typical work day consists of logging accident claims, following up on outstanding claims, making sure all staff wear PPE as well as all fire extinguishers are up to standard, ordering of PPE as well as handing out and updating daily activities on KPI, should the power fail I will phone City power and report it as well as water, once a year i get all papers ready of permit applications and make sure trucks are compliant with licences, I am a team player and i work well with my co-workers, what ive learnt the most is dealing with problems as well as employee inductions

Great attitudes and easily to adapt

I'm a hard worker and I have great attitude,I also love to work as part of strong team and enjoy learning new skills. I'm deciplened,cosistant, mature and panctual.

GOOD IN MULTITASKING

I am a 41 year old ambitious female who is prepared to achieve the desired goals of the Job description. I am a hard worker, self-motivated, goal oriented individual who is always looking for a challenge to enhance my skills and knowledge, I like to interact with other people and adapt easily to different kinds of environment. I have good communication skills, telephone skills. I have since developed my desire in the waste industry to empower more knowledge. I am able to work different kinds of shifts and under pressure
