Good exposure to the health and safety training enviroment

My day starts between 7 and 8am, I am the National Training Manager. I must ensure that everything relating to training runs smoothly. I have 20 people who are my direct reports at the Cape Town office and 5 at our Johannesburg office. The most challenging aspect about my job is that I an inundated with queries that does not relate to my job, that I however I attend to. As such it always feels like I do not have enough time in the day to do what I am employed to do, however I get the job done. I love the training and development environment and I know I have so much to offer.

Pros: flexible working hours
Cons: No opportunity for promotion

My Name is Nikitaa Van Rooyen ,

Start my day off with a cup of coffee and checking my emails. At 9 I begin processing. I do not take lunch. I try and manage my tasks 1 at a time and unforeseen urgent tasks I try and finish first about all other. I am friendly with all co workers and have respect for each one. I have learnt that you need to grow in a company if you not growing you should not be there. I enjoy working with numbers but if not working I enjoy family time. Challenging to do all you can do and still there will be faults. Or to not receive the correct.training on a handover and trying to figure out on my own how to do it.

Pros: To always listen, respect and be honest, to show in your work that you want to grow and do more. That u.are an asset
Cons: People trying to work against u out of jealousy.
