Basic standard applications as per customer needs

i have been doing the customer installation satisfactorily and within specified or agreed service level agreements . Communicating with internal clients was good .Co workers was contactable on phone only. most challenging was the vast travelling distances , but was to satisfy the customer and i had to leave early to get to a site . the most challenging was working with our stores in JHB as the skill was lacking, poor communication and internal office structure was more duplication. typical work day was leaving home early and travel lots of kilometres to do 20 min work and travel back home.

Pros: Great as i worked from home .
Cons: travelling was vast distances .

A graet exprience i have learned a lot

• Doing branch support • Desktop support • Monitoring network systems • Installation of network systems and desktops • Installation of Samsung PABX and programme it • Terminating floor points • Checkpoint Installation and programme • Riverbed installation • Connecting 3g device on the African bank

Pros: WORKING VERY HARD AND DECDICATED TO MY WORK
Cons: LONG HOURS AND LONG DRIVES

Excellent

It is beautifull. We work as a team and we are successfull. I enjoy doing different tasks everyday. I love to travel to other towns and cities. Experience different weather's. I enjoy interacting with customers on site. I enjoy cut over days. Love the difficulties and finding solutions to problems.

Cons: Don't get paid to travel
