The company is good neither the stuff members, everything is fine expect the salary,

The company doesn't meet my career long and short term goals. The salary doesn't meet my personal monthly expenses, such as rent, fuel, food, toiletries and some personal items which is R6200 per month.

Its an excellent company to work in.

It possesses a friendly and surely a gender equity implemented environment.It has taught me me a lot, from the preparation of coal samples to sampling from plant even analysis and conducting reports of results to its clients. Ive learned that the carlofiric value and ash analysis are one of the most important aspects in determining the quality of the coal.I think the most challenging aspects would be working nights on a shift basis which i learned to overcome and enjoyed over the past period ive been with the company.

Pros: Great Company to learn everything about coal
Cons: No bonus on an annual basis
