Not an ideal place for someone whu have experience

I enjoy working with people at Siyavika but the work is not challenging and i still dont know what is expected of me as I have not received a contract.

Pros: good medical aid
Cons: I dont see any growth oppertunity

Over 18 years experience in Long Term Insurance industry.

I are only at my cirrent company 6 months but it is not what I have expected it to be. It is hectic cause one of the senior staff members is since end of October on maternity leave and did not hand over all her work. I dont meet dead lines cause I have to figure things out for myself. Junior staff members who are longer than me here is not doing what they should which cause more work for me as I find myself constantly completing there task or rectifying. My manager have no clue what is happening in and on the system me working on so that makes it difficult to go to her with issues.

Cons: long working hours
