Good Accounting Skills

Not always will client submit returns nor preparing financial statement, sometimes we spend the whole day typing and capturing invoices. I'm that type of an employee who likes challenges and what I enjoy mostly is to draft business plans and preparing financial statements. My colleagues do sometimes prefer to work individually than in a team because the job that they are given needs a serious attention while we as other employees referred to typing tasks and what I have noticed is that our boss cannot give challenging task to all employees, he has trustees for such job. I believe giving an employee challenging tasks will give more responsibilities and increase his/her knowledge.

Pros: Increasing Accounting knowledge
Cons: Normal hours
