Excellent learning curve

I am young and diligent lady who hold a National Diploma and currently completing B Tech: Information Technology at Tshwane University of Technology. I have a great strive for perfection in the execution of my duties, keen and willing to learn, good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team. My experience has given me a platform to be able to work with people with diverse skills, backgrounds and behavior which also helped develop my interpersonal skills. My duties and responsibilities require self-confidence, high level of commitment and attention to detail. I am looking for employment in an organization which provides an opportunity for me to explore, develop and exercise acquired skills through my studies.

It learning experience

Proven track in general administration, receptionist and customer service. Familiar with office procedure, equipment, system and practice. Pleasing phone manners. Well organised. Perform well in high pressure, fast placed environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player who able to relate to any level. Multitasking abilities. Ability to grasp and adapt to new environment and procedure.

Great team work

Days are very short(working hours) you get time to do the rest of your personal things and more, you can even do shopping after working hours. Great colleagues and management. I have learnt how to interact with customers and solve problems they have.

Improved services

I work 42-48 hours a week. My typical work day would include general troubleshooting, reporting to Centre Manager, customer services and generic follow-ups. I work well with my co-workers as there's a good working and a mutual respect between one another. I have grown so much as the company promotes internal development before hiring externally, communication is a pivotal tool in any company and for me to exchange my knowledge with general users is out of this world. Not being able to get the work done.

Excellent Learning Curve

There is a lot of training which takes place at the company Building the team intellectually Fun and energetic team among us all A lot has been learnt and taught I enjoy working with people, since the company i work for is a community based company The daily challenges that one has to overcome or have overcomed is the difficult people

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve Throughout my vocational experience I’ve always strived to improve upon the work done by my predecessors. I feel that if I improve the efficiency of operation of my job role that learning new skills and in turn improving myself will automatically follow. This approach to work means that I remain focussed on my tasks and it also means that I can put myself in a position to be promoted within a company to more senior roles.

• Provide current course information to students and ensure core studies needs are identified. • Liaising with Front Desk to ensure all record keeping of course material and results is captured and accurate. • Maintaining confidentiality of students and records. • Plan and prepare courses and sessions according to documents, using education principles.
