Experienced, certified PM with experience managing and delivering Software and Operations projects.

Company culture is average. No staff retention policies in place so a lot of resignations. I do more administration work than project management with no agreed job description in place (a negative for me). The most challenging thing about my role is not being able to perform duties on what I've been hired for. I have a good work relationship with my colleagues. I get along with everyone.

Pros: Great people, Good location
Cons: No defined employee expectations. No open door culture.

Progressive learning

Day to day duties requires initiative and willingness which l excel in👌. With my co-workers, we blive in working together and assisting each other on matters that require a fresh eye. I have learnt client liaison and Teamwork, I'm currently enhancing my skills in UX and UI design, I enjoy learning more and reaching deadlines and successful projects. The most challenging aspect of my job is the forever-changing industry and one does everything to keep up with the changes.
