The environment is toxic and the culture is not representative of Ubuntu

Although the company provides great opportunities to learn, most of the management are ego and power driven and consumed. The company desperately needs to address the lack of consideration by most of the management team for the human element of the business.

Hardworking, reliable, team player, discipline and problem solver.

The company specialises on Cathodic Protection on underground pipelines mainly for clients such as Transnet and Sasol. It is a very interesting field of work which make a person be educated about the importance of electricity even on pipelines by protecting it from corrossion

Pros: Great opportunity to explore the field of work
Cons: Working out of scope
