Increased knowledge

Staff at my present company are on the whole very pleasant, but the day is very long.9.5 hours,with no break for lunch, so at times tempers do fray in my office. I have learnt Pastel Partner, which I have always wanted to learn . Have also increased my knowledge of debtors & creditors. The most challenging aspect so far, has been teaching junior staff pastel, and the basics of office admin, when they say they "know it all ", and are always right ". We have a new manager, who has no managerial skills,but will not listen to advice, or contact any prospective clients. I am doing work that I enjoy,debtor,creditors,office admin etc.

Pros: employment
Cons: very long working hours, new manager who is not suited for the position,head office who have no consideration for staff or their personal needs
