Excellent learning curve

Dear Sir/Madam I Noxolo Gwala am a hard worker, committed in tasks given to me, well spoken, and able to handle conflicts. Good experience

Buay depending on the days , get to work and communicate with people in the kitchen , team work is relevant , some days there ia too little staff and its tough to work on your own because you doing many tasks alone

Head office owned store, new and different restaurant, Thai food, training store

Training store procedures are different and advanced. Work very closely with the ops team assisting in training and new procedures implementation. Thai food restaurant learnt the culture of Thai and how to work for a head office owned store. The most challenging part of this job is trying to communicate with our in house Thai chefs.

Pros: Vast and challenging menu
Cons: No prospect of promotion

Good experience

Very good experience on marketing and showcasing food products. Good experience on stock management and use of Pilot system. Pre-opening experience and setting up all systems Setting up Par Levels and ensuring cleaning levels are met.

Pros: No opportunity for growth

Wonderful Experience

I begin my day may ensuring all function rooms are clean well set and all equipment is operational, all the staff of the shift have reported for duty. Then liaise with kitchen informing of what will happen during the course of the day. I attend to daily management meetings, emails, liaise with suppliers. I do check all invoices and transfers of supplies. Make sure all dockets have been rung correctly and accordingly.

It's good although they're sometimes not ethics abiding. They're sometimes exploitive.

It's a lucrative company but it doesn't value the staff. They've a tendency of exploIts it's a good company and a lucrative business one can invest in. But it is not good to it's staff members including the Head office it doesn't value the staff but it promote the exploitive of staff.aiting the staff.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion but no increment despite the long hours.
Cons: Long working hours, no holidays you get the same amount of money you receive on daily basis.

Excellent learning curve

A typical working day was simple but had a lot of people to report to, so the chain of communication wasnt really up to scratch as info would get to the last person distorted. Co workers were really eager to work and improve their lives as much as the company through good service. Lesson learnt was very good team work and knowing your product very well as it meant that service was sped up an no delays instore with quality food The most challenging aspect was getting recognition for you efforts and achievements as it felt more like the ops managers and head office staff were racial and not fair in discharging their duties

Pros: it was a good leaning curve
Cons: more of racially based promotion than work performance related

I'm hard worker and I'm not talkative because i always want to make my best

I'm hard worker i always want to do my best here my employer likes me because i don't talk to much bt i do too much i use all my effort when i do something and i like to be instructed and to learn more abt work

Good to learn

I'm so not looking forward to work with Revenesh my Boss you listen to wrong information about your workers and conclude them then you fire the without informed

Good place to start

Its a good company to be in but there are ups and downs thats happens within the top management and it's not organised most of the things you have to find out on your own. I had a best times working the foh and the boh and also the chefs because they were listening to everything you tell them to do and without asking any questions about it.

Pros: Great place to start
Cons: Long hours
