I am currently working as a Engineering Storeman for SIMBA in Gauteng
A reliable, capable self - motivated, resourceful and enthusiastic supervisor who is able to take on the management and coordinating duties of any leadership role. Excellent
An accurate likes is to eat chips for free and make coffee so for that matter we are working with a full stomach every day I enjoy that very much and appreciate that. I like to work as a team because we share our need and learn a lot to each other or may we sing or play jokes and then laugh to forget about unnecessary things. The most challenge aspects is a 30min only 2times and a night shift from 12h00 pm till 08h00am

Good packages
The company is having very good learning and development system in which they have invested enough for training all employees across all departments and levels. They are providing transport for all their employees either as taxis or transport allowance. Their salaries are very competitive and are motivating.
Pros: transparent performance review process; equal opportunities irrespective of colour, gender and language. Good performance is rewarded.
Cons: too much overtime

I'm a interpersonal skills, a team worker because of my experience to work with people different cultures through to my position . I learned how solve problems, to share, to understand each other and to respect time of working hours so I can build my company I was person likes to improve my life consistently and this an evidenced by the various programmes I did in the time with my desire for change

An awesome learning experience for me the people the company just amazing
During my two years at simba it has been amazing . When I got there I knew basically nothing to how they work and carry out their responsibilities. It took me just two weeks to.know everything due to.the great colleagues that assisted me and team players. If I could.choose I will go back anytime it is an awesome company . Your work is acknowledged you are given credit for.the good you do.
