Excellent learning curve

What to achieve more at another company want to grow and I want to see myself to work for all my years at a company to be part of the funiture. Im n good learner and love to work under pressure and make my customers happy at the same time. I do most of the logistics mananger functions as we do not have for last 4 years. Company moved from isando to silverton and I am willing to take any opportunity and make the best out of it.

Pros: Gain alot of knowledge
Cons: Long hours and work from home

Excellent learning curve

Learnt to work hard,under pressure. Everyday is very busy and days are never the same. Always very challenging and solving issues all the time. Most challenging part of the job is keeping customers happy and getting stock from production and meeting deadlines.

Excellent working curve

Used to work 12hour shifts, either day or night shifts....six to six four days a week sometimes we would work on weekends as an overtime. I have learnt so much about different types of electronic and hydraulic machines...more especially about press pressure machine's. The working conditions were good and had vibrant team leaders and co workers

Hard worker, uses own initaitive when problems arises to get them solved.

Working at my current company is very challenging on a day to day basis as we do just in time deliveries to the major OEM's in the car industry. (eg. Toyota, Ford, Volkswagen, Nissan) I am a team player and help co-workers where I can if they over loaded with their work or have a problem that they need to solve. I have learnt how to deal with difficult clients and I have a very calm and patient personality. Leant a lot about the package Syspro and enjoy working on it doing the invoices for my customers.

Advanced knowledge in production

I enjoy working at Silverton manufacturing, I have learnt a lot. I gained so much knowledge when it comes to production. And The management is considerate to its employees and customers.

Im a hard working man who is always like challenges. And im willing to learn and share my skills with others and making sure that all the operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Great working environment and good leadership

I am a highly self-motivated, well-disciplined individual who believes in hard work and commitment. I can adapt to new ideas, working on my own, as well in teams. I am taught to listen carefully and to be patient. I show willingness. Communication is the best for me and I strive to do any given task on time. Communication is what keeps the team going.
