Excellent leaning curve

we work as a team as we work 12 hrs a day and helping each other when one cant make it to work, i have leaned to operate the place by my self every day without supervision,

Pros: get to watch lots of movies

Excellent learning curve

i work long hours a day its 12 hours per day shift which is not so bad as we sell n rent out DVDs so our business we have to wait for clients to come to us,i have a good relationship with my co-workers we work as a team. i have learned that working together gets the job done and increase the productivity of the organization, i get to meet different people everyday and also that a happy client bring more clients,the challenge is that we may go the whole day without receiving any client as box office took over more of the movie hiring industry

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things and expand my knowledge
Cons: Long working hours
