Duties are challenging but i need to move to a different company to experience different cultures
I started my career in the gaming industry 4 years ago as an HR Intern and I have never looked back ever since, a typical day in our HR Department we would be dealing with Recruitment, Terminations, in boarding of new employees, resolve employee issues, engagement with departmental managers to discuss the department needs. I work very well with my Co-workers because we all understand what we want our department to achieve, I have learnt patience since I got in to the HR field, what I enjoy the most is the interaction with the department managers to reach our goals with regards to performance management and development. the most challenging aspect is dealing with different personalities and trying to express your views.

Surveillance specialist Investigator/auditor
My typical day commence at 07:00, reading through incidents for previous day and perform follow up investigations where required. If losses are reported the goal is to get the person/suspect to return the item/s which is then handed to owner/s. Perform audits on specific area where financial figures show a possible loss or variances. Take statements of witnesses in cases or perform interrogations with suspects. Complete reports on all cases investigated. If a criminal case is registered prepare all evidence liaise with investigating officer. Prepare for hearings. We currently working in a team of three and assist each other where needed, discuss a difficult case and get input from others. I like to achieve a good record with investigations and to prosecute successfully. Sometimes charging is handed to another department even if the case is prepared well the charging officer did not cope properly and the wrong sanction is achieved.
Pros: learning about each case is different and gain expierience in all fields
Cons: if court personel is not taking a case serious due to their work load.

L have good customer liason skills coupled with experience as indicatedin my curriculum vitae.
I am a go getter someone who always ready to face new challenges at all time while at tha same time sharing my expertise to take an operation to a higher level. I easily adjust well in any environment and create good relationship with colleagues to achieve main goal of the operation and success as a team. On a daily basis I deal with new cases that are treated individually as its merit and that keeps me focused and learning new ways o handling issues arising. With the qualification I posses and accumulated experience over the years I have become well matured to take direction well in good and sound decision making that places the operation in a good standing.
Pros: very challenginging one must work hard to grow.
Cons: normal hour however one needs to focus

I am a conscientious person who takes pride in producing high quality work, a highly adaptable individual who works better when under pressure. A self motivated person who seeks an opportunity that will enable me to grow to my full potential. i work effective and communicate well with people. i have acquired my computer, customer service, communication skills from my previous jobs. i enjoy working with flexible people and dislike working with lazy people. i enjoy working in a challenging environment and learning new skills at all times.

Excellent experience in other work field
In our company I've experienced so many challenges that have taught me that in life you need to have more than one skill as we are doing several jobs on the floor and around the casino. we get the promotions according to our hardworking and our management are always there when we have problems,up to so far I am so happy that even if we are not satisfied about our salaries but I've got different experiences that I've learnt from there.

Learning curve
Silverstar Casino it's a great working environment, it's a 24 hour business, it's Gaming, Hotel, Restaurants and many more were you can relax. I started working as an operator from being a waitress but I have shown my dedication and Management recognised my hard work. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, the are work glitches but we all understand its work and have to provide output for our daily bread. I've grown so much and have also developed Managerial skills. Its an intertainment company, being at Surveillance you don't have to trust anyone as you are the ears and eyes of the Company, Confidentiality it's important.
Pros: Great place for intertainment

Great learning experience , I was exposed to many things and surrounded by great minds.
My company is a great company as they took me from School taught me skills and granted me knowledge as Technician then Employed me afterwards. I will forever be great full for that.

Electronics has been an eye opener as I have realized the potential I have
Fault finding repairs on all gaming equipment . maintain routine preventative maintenance program on all gaming equipment internal ordering of spares. Ensuring sufficient stock levels. Analyze technical flaws and report to the gaming lead technician
Pros: Training on new equipments and making sure all stuff are updated all the time
Cons: Required to maintain things even when there is no sufficient tools to complete the work
