Excellent Learning Curve
My day at work is always exciting and challenging at the very same time because in most cases I would be entitled to do tasks which I was never informed to do earlier and I would be expected to finish and produc good results out of such short notice.There are also nice co-workers that I work with when the day get though we always find a way to ease ourselves from load of work and make means to enjoy our day no matter the work we have.My comany sometimes dont plan duties to be done they just tell us to do things at last minutes but I always pull through such short space.I have learnt to be accountable and accurate for my duties. I enjoy team building as we usually do to encourage each other on our job tiltes to produce best results.The most challenging part of the job is to be always be ready for any duty that might come up at last moments.

Excellent learning Curve
I work as a facilitator at Silulo Ulutho Technologies, The company is based in Western Cape and Eastern cape province. I am working in Eastern Cape in East London. The company per branch has about 4-5 employees.. In the branch i'm working at we are 4 employees.. We work together as a team, helping each other where we need assistance, working overtime for we believe in meeting deadlines, helping customers and uplifting the company name is what we always do.. I enjoy assisting those in need at work, teaching practical so that the students could see how the work should be done. I have learnt that it is important to be able to deal with different characters of people for we come from different background. The challenging part of my work is when we have insufficient resources to teach otherwise other than that there is none. I enjoy working with people.
Pros: Being confident, loving your work, be good at what you do, working as a team is what could make someone get promoted
Cons: Taking overtime when you have to meet the deadlines would be good

I'm doing a computer healthy checkup every morning before we open the store.
The most thing I like about my work is that I interact with customers in daily basis. We work as a team and also we have different skills. I learn a basic of designing using Adobe Photoshop and also design using Microsoft Publisher e.g Designing invitations, Flyers, Certificates, Tickets as well. The most thing that I enjoyed when we open a new store, doing setup of the store, installing new computers, Assembling computers and Network configuration. It is not easy to deal with different difficult customers everyday and some are not even computer literate but I have to assist them until they understand what they want.
Pros: I started as a sales consultant and I got promotion to be a Computer technician .
Cons: Sometime I have to wait we close the shop in order to implement new software and test if it is working correctly or compatible with windows that we are using in our stores

Excellent Learning Curve
I make my day a productive one by ensuring I do and complete all my duties assigned to me. The relationship with co-worker's is very good we always assist each other when assistance is needed. We are building relations not only at work but outside work too meaning we help each other in our personal matters. I have learnt to work in an environment with different departments and with a large number of people and diverse society. What I enjoy most is doing my job or tasks to my best ability and producing good results. The most challenging aspect in my job is the inconvenience of communication methods they use, they do not plan everything in time so as everyone will be alert on what to do.

Medium Learning Curve
I'm a bit not busy, I need challenge and more experience in a busy company. Want to be more Technical and Network kind of a guy. Will be starting CCNA (CISCO) very to gain more qualifications and experience. I have learnt to depend on my self when problem arise, solve problems since I'm the only Technician.
Pros: Fair opportunity for promotions
Cons: Not too bad normal 8 hours and overtime now and then, not paid though

I have good relationship to my colleagues, i have learned a lot working with them they made me feel conformable towards my job, the most thing i enjoy at work is to have that platform to grow on you own, get to know more things the most challenges is get what you did not expect for the day.

its a nation wide company that is owned by two black men and it has its up's and down but it is a great place to learn and put your skills to the test.

I learnt a lot from the company I working for, I even get promoted due to hard working
Yes it is lovey company, and I like to work with or as a team, Yeah sometimes there are challenges from our clients like rude clients but I do manage them, I know how to cool down them and show their mistake or errors. I enjoy and I like people so I bond the relationship with talking to them with smile and show respect I know the most important thing in clients is respect and smile when you assisting them. And I leanrnt to disign and technical problems and to manage the team, and drive to reach the tagerts of the store, I learnt how to manage the business and the cost of the business because in the business that I working for there is nothing that is hiden to me, I know in and out and hard times of the business so I give the views and assist the business to recover the lost.
Pros: Yeah actually I am in a greater position and I like to manage the store and people for the success of the business
Cons: Yes sometimes its difficult but we do it for the business because we can not leave the gap we are working and we do it to make sure that our clients are satisfied

Excellent
Financial management Many CEOs I know are ideas people; that means they’re great at the big picture and disruptive thinking, but less good with things like cash flow, profit margins, reducing costs, financing, etc. Small and medium businesses may not require a full-time CFO, but would do better to employ a financial consultant who can step into the role as needed.that can make business to grow or help them to make budgets. because in a company as employees its a wonderful thing to see your company growing as to the one that i'm in too.

Good leaening experience
Considering myself as an inovater, working and contributing on an organisation that's leading the future of the industry would be my first priority. I feel and love the udea if helping to develop when i step in the office everyday. I develop friendship with coworkers and clients to create great environment for rewarding inovation.
