a typical work day

attend morning meetings with the HR team to update each other on what happened the previous day and what are we planning for today, including safety topic. I have a good relationship with co-workers we work well together to meet the objectives of the company. Ever since I started working here I learned to be patient and be helpful at all times. the challenges that I face is that every year during WSP/ATR submission I get information late from our branch in Emalahleni as I have to combine both reports before I can send it. What I enjoy most is the relief of going home knowing that I have done my best and I have produced desired outcomes.

Pros: I get to work and interact with different people from different culture and backgrounds all in the name of achieving the goals of the company. I get to solve complex situation and making sure that the environment in which i am working in is always safe. meeting the targets and get recognition for all the hard work.
Cons: Long hours are aprt and parcel of any job, if i want to be the best and achieve the best i have to work long hours. Dealing with absenteeism, disciplinaries, Grievances, strikes
