I have Cnc and laser operator and programmer and also have graphics designer experience on both 2d and 3d. Because I paid attention to even to small details now I can program and operate six to seven machine. I have to make sure all departments are busy by giving them the task.

Pros: Do to my commitment my salary increased in the short period of time.
Cons: we put long hours if there is need.
