It nice because you get to meet different people.and the hours are good.i have a good relationship with my colleagues.it nice to work for the company the problem is the salary is to small.working for signature cosmetic taught me a lots especially about make up.

Working at Signature Cosmetics is fun and at the same time stress full. I have learnt accountability, punctuality and being a good leadership. Sometimes it's irritating as headoffice staff do not take us seriously it's as

Hard working,beauty,do everything in store,stock take and computers

The company is not nice you as a person go now where you stay at one place salary not good don't get overtime work long hours for nothing and you must do everything yourself

Pros: The company is not a good company to be promoted or go far in life no you go now where you stay on one place

Challenging

Good place to work lots of opportunities if you're willing to work hard the only issue may be your colleagues getting jealous of your creativity and work ethics thinking like you will out smart them and take their position which is not true you just need to make work easier and more effective for all

Eternally grateful

I have been truly blessed to work for such an amazing company which has allowed me to grow at such a speed. I have learned and gained allot from this family orientated company. It would be with a saddened heart to leave. I have great potential in the company, I'm not seeking other prospects due to unhappiness but rather for income factors.

Pros: Fast growth, family environment, empowerment
Cons: Long hours, minimum wage
