Excellent learning and maturing curve.

Start with signarama when it 1st open and been here ever since, im the senior in this company. Im hands on with liasing with clients dealing with complaints and making sure that the job is done in the production side. Im an internal sales person as well as receptionist and also do admin work, I answer calls on a daily basis, filling ,purchase orders liase with supplier, do qoutations, drawing up production schedule and ordering making payment. We are a team of less then 10 and the working environment its very pleasant as we al ge along. Working here has improved my my organization, management, communication and customer service skills. I have learned to take charge and make decisions. I enjoy always meeting new people and creating bonds with clients.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow my skills
Cons: Long working hours and there is no room to grow to a high position

Have learnt new skills

Manufacturing LED boxes, KFC buckets, coordinating teams to sites, reaching deadlines. Purchasing materials and assembling of parts. I have a good relationship with my teams and believe not only in rewarding good work, but giving constructive criticism. I enjoy designing and making a product from start to finish, especially if it is something I have not done before. Have learnt CNC machine operation. Good cold calling experience

Signarama is a franchise business in SA where they specialize in signboards and marketing printing for industry. There target market is wide and they have a niche in the motor trade. The company service area is limited to the eastern part of Gauteng. There I had to find my own clients by doing knock and drop as well as making sales appointments with bigger prospects.

Pros: Good sales experience for te future
Cons: Salary structure is imited
