If you want an environment where you want to learn more about biodiversity in the working environment the company can offer you Excectly that. It's always busy therefore you get to learn how to adapt fast to new things. You get to learn different cultures and how to interact with different personalities. It keeps you open to learning new things and be able to cope under pressure. The most important thing that I love about this company is that the executives knows how to look after their employees, they understand that you need to take care of your employees so they can take care of your business in return. That is absolutely amazing

Overall experince

I always strive to take criticism in good faith especially since it would serve as an eye-opener for me to direct my focus in those areas that need immediate attention. It has always been my firm belief to work with people from different background as long as we respect the values of diversity in the working environment. I strongly endorse teamwork because everyone has something unique to offer when given opportunity to express his/her views.

Learning curve

I work well with my colleges, and being in the HR department makes it easier to have relations with most of the employees as we have three other branches. The best part of my Job is being busy and working with people of different caliber's as we have a training academy that gives out learnerships to people with disabilities. Working at Signa has taught me patience and efficiency.

Cons: Its a small company so there's minimal opportunity for growth

Excellent learning curve. Enjoyed working with the learners

I enjoyed working with learners with disabilities as it gave me a better understanding of how to handle various personalities. The hours were too long but there was less compensation. There was also no room for growth or develop further within the organization. Management did not really care about their employees and the level of communication was really bad. The only fulfilling thing was assisting the learners. I learned a lit in terms of working with different personalitues.

Cons: Worked after hours eith no overtime paid

Excellent learning curve

Signa is a fast paced environment, never a dull moment. The company is growing rapidly and has a great vision. The company has grown from a family business to a diverse cultural background.
