Good working condition

I have gained lots of experience with regards to collections not only with that also working within a international company. I have cured accounts worked out payment plans which is affordable to the customers and being extremely customer centric putting the customers first and making their journey pleasant. I have dealt with customers complaints and finding solutions taking escalations also. I was second in command and helping my team manager managing the team by doing side by side giving feedback to agents and coaching them. I have worked well within a team of 12 agents I was top agent within collections and also with my quality

Great learning curves, opportunities for growth

My days at work are very busy as I have to set up manual campaigns for my team I need to report on late coming do Return to Works do coaching and 121's. I have to mark 2 calls a week for my Team and go to client meetings do my campaigns strategies and I have to my clients daily snapshot and transaction file and send my client a productivity reports. I get along well with my co-workers. I have learnt and grown a lot at my company in the past 4 years. I enjoy helping my team and when I see one of my agents not reaching target I enjoy assisting them and finding the underlining course to why they could not reach the target and quality.

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Long hours

You not paid for what you worth

Starting at sigma everything is promising. But once u one month with the company you are giving work that's supposed to be for other people. You are treated badly an unfairly, they expect you to do the job of 20 people and you won't get any recognition The boss does not know how to speak to people and will think nothing of talking to you badly,

Excellent learning

The place is rather not vibey but because of my friendly collegues we get through the day. Our work is a bit changelling as we need to make sure the customer is happy at the end of each call but other than that everything is fine. Management is involved as well as coaches. I enjoy being at work everyone is family at Sigmasa. The only problem is that we don't have any benefits,so one has to push for more hours that's if there's any available. In all this I've learned that nothing comes easy. One needs to appreciate what they have if not then get themselves something else.
