A great company to begin your career

I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. We work 8-9 hours daily. The kind of environment I work with is one that requires strict and disciplined focus in a sense that it is a customer service. I enjoy the interactions with the customers. I enjoy the feedback I receive as that serves to help me improve on the quality of work I do. .The most challenging aspect is not getting enough opportunities for growth and new challenges. I however am grateful to have worked for such a great company. It has enhanced my knowledge and personal growth.

Pros: Broad spectrum of business units which offers one different opportunities for learning and contribution.
Cons: Tends to be one dimensional and limited space of influence

Worthwhile learning curve

Its not really all that glamorous, especially if you are always on the hot end of the stick. the relationship with co-workers depends on respect and how each person perceives the notation of such respect. learning how a corporate culture is established notwithstanding how it may be dissembled. Office politics are a stumbling block etc I enjoy the challenges and tasks that i have been given t0 complete, i especially get ecstatic when i beat the deadline so set.
