Pros: Being under pressure is a matter of having significant demands made for me. if i solve a problem firstly, my best to solve the problem as much as possible and if i fail then you will take help from my seniors.
Cons: i listen to the guests and do not interrupt them. i determine what for thw guests is seeking as solution. i act on the solution with a sense of urgency.guests will often respond to focus on helping them.

One year experience

Manage room bookings (Reservations) Dealing with guests complaints or problems Make guests feel welcome Dealing with bookings by phone, email and letter Preparing bills and taking payments Choosing rooms and handling out keys hotel is huge organization where i obtained good experience.

Pros: customer statisfaction
Cons: long hours
