I have learnt that team work is essential to achieve both individual & group goals (TEAM). Organisationss have different cultures, some are motivating while others are challenging. I have also learnt that organisational development is an everyday challenge as companies go through thier own challenges. One has to remain positive all the times, and be flexible (have a big picture thinking and attitude)

Boilermaker construction supervisor
Had 22 Jears experience construction ,steel work ,cylv building ,manufacturing ,Formanconstruksie 16 Jears side manager 10 Jears. Mining trackless ,Shaft maintaining ,piping Diesel and olie lyns .Good safty records working with 350 til 450 people under may supervision am a good worker and never in may 25 jears wasent apsent ,work long ours more than 12 Like work under pressure ,I am a control freeck work recording standards. Excellent leraninng curve
Good relationship with other workers helped me a lot in acheiving my target, what i have learn is that when you are a person you dont have to undermine other people. beause they are as important as you.

EXPERT IN ALL UNDERGROUND MINING OPERATIONS
was running 4 shafts doing open up,reclaiming,vampings,equiping. knows all stoping,development,shaft sinking,vacuum mining. started in the mine as a miner and workinking myself up to shiftboss. optaining my mine oveseers certificate, starting to act and later apointed. i am a hard worker and always get my targets. i know how to work an delicate workers and send people for training. will all my years of experiance in mining i can and will be a gread value to the company

Working experience
The major things that i do on normal basis is completing the various costing reports to all budget holders to make sure that they are all in line with their budgets. i have a very strong relationship with my co-workers as i have attended a course that helps to develop or understands how a human being thinks or behave, things like courageous conversations, using different types of listening by having that skill it helps me a lot to have a very good relationship with the workers especially the mining sector is very difficult in terms of handling the pressure but currently am championing that. One of the most things that i enjoy is learn new things everyday cause they bring or give me a lot of energy or excitement. The most challenging aspects of the job that am currently doing is when you are told to relieve someone who is on leave and at the same you didn't have much time to do hand overs,however again in those circumstances i do very well again

Currently want to explore more in accounting field
I have excellent communication with my core workers as I have been in a course whereby I was trained how to interact with workers and using different types of listening at all times. I enjoy new challenges as they form part of my growing in my career. The most challenging in my position is to make sure all the budget holders do not overspend and have to make sure that the ones that are entitled to use money are the ones who meet their targets

Workaholic
i pay attention to detail and manage my own program and ensure that targets or turnaround time is met in accordance with the company plans.very clear in terms of my duties and responsibilities and ensured that i am speacilist in my area or career.team player and has emotional inteligence. the most challenging part of my job is senior management who always think that they know labour law and do not take advise.i have a very strong network of professionals whom i interact with to ensure that i am always up-to-date with latest developments in labour law.

Good company with excellent benefits
Start work at 5am and normally should end at 2:30pm. This seldom happen due to workload and shortage of staff. Co-workers are nice people and we tend to be like a family at work. I enjoy solving some of the problems that been like that for years. The most challenging is to keep co-workers motivated and to turn a sinking ship around.

Been workin in instrumentation for 11 years
If a problem occurs don't count on people above you to solve the problem. There is no real bonuses if when production is good. I have learned a lot about various thing in instrumentation . I enjoy my leave time the most with the 13 th cheque. Is to always covering yourself with breakdowns , trips and failure of old instruments.
