Greener pastures

my work is more challenging everyday that's why I like about my job...you learn to work under pressure and submit the report in time. I learnt that if you work with more people u need to be more patient to each an individual.the most thing that I enjoy is to deal with different character and you learn to listin.the most difficult challenging is when the is section 54 and u have to do retraining to the learners.

N3 in Engineering sciences

I have worked underground and my designation is bei g a pump Attended, I have always been a hard worker from the first day I got to the mining industries, putting effort when working with co workers and being responsible and reliable, my foreman decided to give me an opportunity to work as a Pragma clerk because he saw the potential I have and how Im able to solve matters and the pressure I put in what I do, working responsible, safe competent and always a team player, my foreman was also impressed on how I handle challenges during critical times and the pressure I put when doing my job making sure that I follow the rules, working safe and doing house keeping before knocking off in order for the next shift to get the job in a mannered position.

Pros: Great opportunity as I am confident and hard worker
Cons: Able to work under pressure and over hours
