Excellent

I give full service to the employees together with management. I've got good relationship with employees and I enjoy working with them and what I've learnt is a lot and working with difficult employees is very easier for me because I can handle pressure. The most challenging thing is a pay query whereby if employee is not paid I have to explain and check the cause of the problem but at the end I resolve it very quick.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion as i am now Acting Employee Benefit Officer
Cons: I work long hours if needed espescially during cost closing

Ambitious, Assertive

I am a very self motivated person and very enthusiastic. I can work as individual and also in a team. I take charge of the situation. I am very optimistic.
