Good Opportunity for development

In my average work day there are various tasks and responsibilities that are bestowed upon me. My co-workers are from various backgrounds which makes for an interesting combination. A typical work day can at times be rather hectic and requires focus and a high level of stress tolerance. It also requires good people skills as you are required to work with personnel at various levels within the mining sector. I have learned to manage my time better and to prioritize important tasks. I have also learned the importance of negotiation in the industry. The most challenging aspects of my job are quite wide spread, this involves dealing with demanding deadlines and shift work which does take its toll on your work/life balance.

Extremely good experience

Experienced candidate which acted as finance manager when he's on leave, Reporting to the VP. Team work with 15 employees reporting to me. Cost controls in place. Working flexible hours
