Excellent learning Experience

Exciting and challenging experience. One can have 2 or more clients to attend to both with time sensitive deadlines. The Staff members are amazing and supportive. The most challenging aspects to to learn and at the same time deliver quality service to all the clients.

Excellent learning curve and plenty of networking

A typical day begins with meetings and briefings followed by fieldwork and later desk studies. Meetings and briefings are usually interactive mainly to update every member what each team is doing. Shumba Inc is more like family and all members of staff are encouraged to work as a team towards a common goal. I relate well with my co-workers and Directors. I have learnt people management at human resources level and CXO level communication at client level. I enjoy interacting with my colleagues and exchanging ideas and outdoor activities. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with difficult and non-cooperative clients

I get along with my colleagues

The company does not have room for growth and no open policy to asking questions. No incentives offered for great work done and no support for personal growth in terms of study leaves or students financial support,be it loans or advances
