Working for a sugar industry it's such a big opportunity for me i had learned so much that I didn't know. You are exposed to different departments such as agricultural department, finance etc. It's challenging sometimes especially since we're dealing with different customers some are very difficult.

Great place to work at but management has been very poor recently.

Enjoyable place to work at as you meet different people from different industrie regularly. good working hours with half day on Fridays. company has good policies on paper but not carried out.m the different industries.

Pros: set working hours and half days on Friday
Cons: no prospect of promotions
