Ability to learn quickly and solve challenges timouesly
I've been involved in the IT industry since 1998 and have witnessed radical changes within this industry, which is continuously evolving. A typical day at work; Logon, check servers and ensure backups have completed successfully, if it hasn't check logs and troubleshoot and then finally log a call with the vendor. Assist staff with account lock outs, email archives. Check mimecast for parked emails and release safe emails etc... My relationship with co-workers is exceptional as I get along with everyone. I've learnt how supply chain processes work within the government space, governance, standard operating process, etc... What I enjoy most is challenges that aren't simple to solve, it requires one to understand the root cause and then how to resolve it.

I manage a team of Analysts and Compliance Officers. I am responsible for ensuring that Social Housing Institutions comply with Social Housing Act and Regulations. The most challenging aspects of the job is making sure that targets are met while having limited resources, e.g budget.
