Excellent learning curve

On a typical day l do the same repetitive work that is invoicing customers, following up on debtors, cash flow updating, creditors recons and loading them for payment amongst other the things but the good part about the job is the organisational culture. It's a culture that promotes growth through experimentation and taking on new challenges and the company worker's go out of their way to show you the ropes. The most challenging part l would say it is Cash flow management because it's mainly based on Debtors and Creditors an external factor that can be difficult to control. And to make it easy we have developed customer first strategy .

Pros: Limited to non supervision, which means you are accountable for your own work and free to try news ways of increasing productivity and efficency.
Cons: Liquidity problem leading to late payment of renumeration

Excellent learning curve

Favourable environment for a learning curve . Due to fewer employees you get to learn most of the work and do most of the job. The workload is fair and the management team is good. Because it's a small to medium enterprise the is no room for growth.

Pros: Great opportunity for customer relations
Cons: No opportunity for promotion

Excellent learning curve

Small to medium business where ones work is easily recognised, the impact of your hard work can be felt through out the production. It drives accountability and rewards hard work. Customer interaction is very high which enhances negotiations skills.
