Wrong choice

Management style & culture is unethical. Sales staff are forced to become administation clerks spending most of their time behind a desk and still having to manage sales at customer level. There is little to none support from operational teams and there is no reprimand on non delivery from the operational team mainly because the business is family owned and most of the staff are family related.. I have learnt to work independently and not raise issues in fear of being victimized. I cannot say that I have enjoyed working at this company because that would be a blatant lie. The most challenging aspect is dealing with a manager who reprimands and embarrasses staff in public . Meetings are held in public restaurants because it is against the company policy for sales staff to be based in an office. Sales managers are required to do administration work from home, without the benefit of an office allowance.

Pros: You get 6x2lt cooldrinks as a staff welfare allowance every month
Cons: Working from home, you are expected to work outside of normal working hours and on weekends, although your employment contract states specific working hours. There is little to none work/life balance.

Excellent gaining experience in the beverage industry

It a friendly company and everybody is working good with the other employees. I am a person who has a good interpersonal skill. I never been given a warning in my working period, it either a verbal warning or written warning. And I never been fired before in my life.

Pros: Working in a nice and good working place.
Cons: Sometimes when it is a busy time, long hours of working.

Excellent learning curve

I love my job, I just feel that as hard as I do work, I'm not a valued employee. It has been proven more than once. More work istoday distributed all the time. When people leave. No credit given.

Cons: No bonus, no overtime, poor increase

Learning curve

Family owned company, not the best to work for if looking for growth or improvement, most senior position filled out by family members and non family members are rarely considered when it comes to promotion

No positive growth for employees

It's basically the same routine everyday, I do random stock counts, check on raw material requirements for the weeks production plan. I work on monthly stock takes and update spread sheets regarding stock figures and comunicate that information with the procurement officer. The information and experience I have gained in this position might have given me better opportunities if it were a different company but as shoreline is a family business only family is given higher positions and no opportunities are given to the majority that puts in the hard work.

Pros: has made me to be strong willed and patient
Cons: long working hours, no positve aspects

Expert in Insights and Analysis

Its all about Analysis and giving actionable and executable insights to the organization. Good relationship with Core workers in a position of influence to get business requirements. Through the journey a lot has been learnt from top Management, executives and peers inthe industry at large. The most challenging aspect has been to bring different stakeholders into agreement taking their background, values and beliefs into consideration

Hi im looking for job im a forklift driver but I can do any kind of a job as long if it a work need to be done I can work any ours like over time and weekends like saturday and Sunday I can work shifts to i f it available and holidays like Christmas and new years eve

Good communication

Daily routine would be to calibrate all the equipment within the lab: Having a strong character to work independently while obtaining a strong relationship with all working colleges. Leading skill in all major situations to understand what is acquired to be done or needs to be done whithin the working primers. Dependeltly make decisions during excruciatingly and critical conditions.
