My duties and responsibility is to make sure that the business run smooth, like all daily reports are done on a daily basis and the ordering process is followed according to company standard, customer service is done, I have to see that the receiving process is done on daily basis, what I like about my job is the pressure that is there cause it makes me active think fast, come up with plans solve problem on a daily basis, a good relationship that we built with other employees is to support each other through hard times specially on a month end when is busy everyone is trying their best to assist the customers.

I am very passionate in working as a receptionist,I have good communication skills,I have good skills in ms word,excell,intergration and powerpoint I like working,As a student from TUT I will be very effective

Good customer service

Firstly i liked working at shoprite as it was my First job,and they have given me an experience inretail.Working there is very nice as we working together with my colleagues.And it is very nice working with people(customers)

Exceptional in all duties

.All i do is to take all orders they give me nd do as they say .my relationship with my staff is to work as we guided by the learder .I learned that if u push hard more opportunities will appear .I enjoy to do my job .there's nothing challenging it is all about taking all ur efforts up to it

Excellent learning curve especially for youth who want to be in marketing

What I have learn in this company is that it is very big and very very busy sometimes especially on seasons n month end it becomes very difficult to even get a lunch because the cure is long and the company rules says customers comes first and we must work together as a team for the company to grow

Pros: If u work very hard and you honest and dedicated to ur job the are many opportunitys for you like be a controller or store manager
Cons: On busy days we work long hours BT we dnt get paid for that n when u ask you boss about it the only thing he will say is DT I'll fix it BT never does

Good working conditions, dealing with different customers .

Busy working environment that requires a good mind set. Concentration and patience to obtain good working standards for the customers and staff members including the supplier .

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY AND WHAT I HAVE LEARNT, I WORKED FOR THE COMPANY FOR FIVE YEARS STARTED AS SHELF PACKER, I AM RESPOSIBLE FOR THE SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE BUSINESS AND MAKE SURE THAT ALL PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED, I PLAN FOR THE DAILY TASK, AND WEEKLY TASK, MANAGE PROMOTION AND ATTEND TO CUSTOMER QUIRY, DO DAILY REPORT IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR THE STORE, DEVELOPMENT OF STAFF, FIND WAYS TO MAXIMAZE SALES, FIND WAYS TO FIGHT SHRINKAGE, I LIKE THE MONTH END PROMOTION AS IT IS BUSY PEOPLE ARE BUYING A LOT WHEN I FIGHT WITH THE SUPPLIERS OBOUT LATE DELIVERIRS BUT IS FUN AND KEEP EVERYONE BUSY.

Excellent customers customer services skills .good communication with customers customers,

I enjoyed working as a cashier ,doing till operations , handling cash , pety cash. I get along with people very well, friendly staff , they have ability to assist you to gain more experience . I learned a lot a customers customer services skills, ability to work under pressure ,problem solving skills, good communication with customers . I enjoy most handling cash assist customers with their payments, taking control of my till cleaning around it . merchandising near till points .most enjoyed work with customers. The most challenging aspects was work at Cash office at the same time in the till when its very busy when someone in charge of cash office is off i you be called to assist at cash office.
