I am a team worker.I enjoy working in a complex in exchanging knowledge also in a computer tickets.My favourite typical work day is a buzzy days .My most challenging aspect of my jobs was to refund bust tickets direct and return.Customer ask to refund return ticket and we spend 38 minutes to finally got it right.I learn how to handle pressure,how to handle difficult customer and to put an impact in everyday at work by sharing,patient,listening and unlimit duties.

Pros: Upgrade my studies and for a great promotion
