I love working for a large and developing organisation.

I love working in an environmeny where growth are visible. Also, as the company grows i would also love to grow individually as well as witin a team. My passion is to put company first and make use of available opportunities to make the company an excellent place to work at.

An Excellent Environment to learn fast, adapt quickly and react instantly.

The greatest gift Shoprite has taught me, is that one has to LOVE WHAT YOU DO, in order to DO WHAT YOU LOVE. The environment is stressful, but rewarding and no work day is every the same as before.

Pros: Job security, holistic management styles, granted ownership and responsibility
Cons: not flexible enough in terms of work hours

Good admin skils

A very pleasant environment to be, very struck with time and company rules and policies. Small, interactive team of 15 members, very close and team oriented. Flat organisational structure, open door policy. Learned a lot in a short space of time, customer centric and service excellence.

Pros: Great opportunity to moe around the business
Cons: Fixed working hours, 8-5pm

I am currently in a job that is like a family. I worked myself to a higher position where i am now. The reason i am lookimg for a new job opportunity is for a new challenge and possibly new growth in the company.
