A very challenging position that broadens your skills
My day to day activities includes planning, crisis solving , liaising with suppliers and providing feedback. My team is very helpful,reliable and I have build good relations with some of my colleagues and my suppliers. The one aspect of my job that stands out for me is the uncertainty...one minute you have stock and things are fine and next minute you have no stock and things are not fine. This is also the most challenging part of the job because you always need to prepare yourself for the worst scenario and if the worst scenario occurs you need to push yourself to manage and resolve the issue as efficiently as you can.

Excellent gaining logistics experience
Its a company that can give you Alot of opportunities when looking for experience,from learning how to type, fax, file,telephone experience, all the basics of being an admin clerk.Then there is also the logistic part as a retail company that you can gain as much as you want to learn.But the issue comes when there is just limited post for people to grow and the fact that we are using Labour brokers to work on the company is not okay since they tend to pay us peanuts and the other issue is that you might get all experience you can get but when get up to The salary doesn't change.

Excellent learning but the hard way
My Co workers they are friendly at all times. I learned that anything is possible as long as you do as your supervision said and it helped a lot to work as a team. What I enjoy most is when they let me handle the job myself. The most challenging was when they push me to reach the target.

I gain more experience
I'm here to apply for this vacant position please considered my application, I'm a good player when it comes to work. I do have experience in picking , operating the machines that they do used to pick.I'm good on operating computer e.g : Microsoft package like : word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint and database etc

Excellent
I am Strategic, innovative, goal orientated, motivated, consistent, thriving for knowledge and challenges who can work more efficiently even under stress and pressure. I have the ability to adapt to new situations with excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal). As a person who is skilled and confident, I would like to see myself adding value to the working environment I find myself in.

The is pressure because they want the work team to achieve the company goal every day.they push us to be strong because we pick because sometimes we pick heavy cases
Pros: i got experiance of 2 years.i can now work with some people as a team.

Excellent learn alot
As an inventory clerk I had to make sure that that the stock is in a good condition to go to shops.i took care of the stock.it was my duty to count and that the quanity is correct on the system.i had a very good relationship with my manager,co-ordinaters and shoprite team.they could rely on me whn ever somthing is not going well.whn the co-ordinater is sick she new that things will be fine.responsble of the goods that is in the warehouse.i enjoys my time there and learned alot.it waa not easy to add stock or subtract it if it was big quanitys i was able to tell my manager about it and do some checks .

Excellent learning curve
I worked shifts, eleven hours a day. Shifts rotated between day and night. I am a team player. I maintained excellent working relationship with my colleagues. It was a high pressurized environment. I learned to multitask and to manage time. I enjoyed ad hoc projects such as any performing vendor returns, reconditioning water damage stock and adjustments. The most challenging aspect was time management because I worked with deadlines and I learned to prioritise.
Pros: Great learning curve opportunity for entry level.
Cons: Paltry wages and benefits.
